"Chadam" web series available at last!We here at Haig HQ are thrilled to announce that the much anticipated animated web TV series "Chadam" is now available! Brought to you by Warner Brothers and HD Films and written by Alex Pardee ("Bunnywith"), Chadam lives as the chosen one in the metropolitan island of Vulture City. His power of imagination is strong enough to physically change his world and possibly save it from evil. The series will find Chadam in a place of refuge where he and others have retreated to plan their attack against a serial killer known as Viceroy. Chadam is created using Unreal Engine 3, the technology that was also used in the ground-breaking video games Gears of War and BioShock. Sid lends his voice to Simkin, a mutated figure made so by the evil Viceroy's attempt to remove his imagination gland. Simkin was, however, able to escape and meet Chadam, who would may just be the one person who could defeat Viceroy and rid the planet of him for good. Simkin becomes Chadam's mentor, in that he shows Chadam he has the strength to defeat Viceroy. Haig notes, "Voicing Simkin was an exercise in trying to establish the power of a character with my voice only, as opposed to using facial expressions and body language as I do in live-action. Even though I didn't get to work with any of the other actors in person, I had a great time with Alex and the HD Films staff. It was a thoroughly wonderful experience and I would do it all again in a second." Starring John Lanz in the title role, with support from Sid, Jeffrey Combs as Viceroy, Katey Segal, Carl Weathers and more, Chadam is sure to expand your mind and widen your senses. Sid featured on KSee TV Fresno!We are pleased to announce that this Tuesday evening, August 3, 2010, KSee TV channel 24 in Fresno will be showing a short special feature on Sid Haig, a Fresno native. For all you area folks (and non-area folks who may get this channel), tune in at 6pm and 11pm Pacific to see some great old pix of the man himself and perhaps learn a little more about the gentleman behind the characters. The feature will be re-run the next morning, Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at 11am and 4pm that afternoon. Don't get KSee channel 24? No problem! The feature will be posted soon after airing on their website - www.ksee24.com. We hope you enjoy!

Sid Haig Coming to San Diego Comic Con Friday and Saturday 7/23 and 7/24!
We are very pleased to announce the Sid Haig will be attending this year's San Diego Comic Con to not only celebrate the special edition release of Roger Corman's cult classic Galaxy of Terror, but to also take part in a retrospective of Corman's brilliant career. On Friday, July 23rd, Sid, along with the guest of honour, Roger Corman, Julie Corman, Joe Dante, Allan Holzman and Mary Woronov will be holding a Q&A panel, "Roger Corman: King of the Independents", in ballrooms 25A, B & C from 5:30pm until 6:30pm. Be sure to catch this very special event brought to you by The Shout Factory!
On Saturday, July 24th, Sid will be signing autographs in section AA13 of the Sails Pavillion from 2:30pm until 7pm. He will have a sweet selection of 8x10 photos and a very limited supply of DVDs of his new film Wolf Moon, so stop by and get yours before they're gone!

Lockjaw now known as Blood is Blood
This is just to let folks know that Sid Haig's latest film, formerly titled Lockjaw, is now known as Blood is Blood. The film, starring Sid alongside Mechad Brooks, Serinda Swan, Pruitt Taylor Vince and Dillon Casey, wrapped principal photography last month and is currently in post-production with writer/director Fred Andrews and producers Sid, Bill and Jonathan Sheinberg and Paul Mason at the helm.
We’re excited for the film's arrival and will keep you fine fans posted on all things Blood is Blood. Stay tuned!
